During working hours (09:00 to 22:30 Athens time) in about 30 minutes on average, from the moment I receive your details. If you order after 22:30, your order goes first in line and you receive it between 9:30 and 10:00 the next morning. Either way, you get a confirmation email as soon as you order.
What if I don't understand something or have questions?
Reply to the email with your reading and ask. I answer at no extra charge and with no limit on how many times. Free follow-up means exactly that. I’m here until you understand everything the cards showed.
Can I pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer?
For your security and speed, all payments go through Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Your details stay fully protected and the order reaches me instantly, so I can start your reading.
Do you do phone calls, video calls or in-person readings?
No. I don’t offer phone calls, video calls or in-person appointments. My services are exclusively online and in writing, delivered to your inbox.
How far ahead does my reading look?
There’s no fixed time span or maximum number of questions. My aim is to resolve all your questions, give you guidance and leave you completely satisfied. All within reason, without abusing that flexibility.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in two cases. First, if I’m more than 90 minutes late, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Second, if the reading doesn’t answer your question and the follow-up doesn’t resolve it, request a refund within 7 days.
