Can I have the reading by phone or video call?
No, I do not offer that option. I work exclusively in writing, by email.

How fast will I receive my reading?

What if I do not understand something or have questions?

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in two cases. First, if I am more than 90 minutes late, I refund you 100% with no questions asked. Second, if the reading does not answer your question and the follow-up does not resolve it, request a refund within 7 days.
What are your working hours?
