Can I pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer?
For your maximum security and speed, all transactions go through Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay. That way your data stays fully protected and your order reaches us instantly, so we can get started on your reading right away!
How long will my reading last?
There’s no set time limit or maximum number of questions you can ask. My priority is to clear up everything that’s on your mind, guide you, and leave you completely satisfied — all within reason, of course, so the goodwill isn’t abused!
I'd like my reading over a phone or video call — is that possible?
Unfortunately, that’s not something I offer.
I'd like a reading in person, face to face.
I’m afraid I don’t offer that. I provide my services exclusively online.
How quickly will I get my reading?
In about 40 minutes on average. We call it Future Now™. During peak times (Friday nights, weekends at the start of the month) it can stretch to 50–60 minutes. Either way, you’ll get a confirmation email with an estimated time the moment you place your order.
What if there's something I don't understand or I have questions?
Just reply to the email your reading came in with your follow-up question. I answer at no extra charge and with no limit on how many times you ask. Free follow-up means exactly that — I’m here until you understand everything the cards revealed.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in two cases. First, if I’m more than 90 minutes late, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Second, if the reading doesn’t answer your question and the follow-up doesn’t resolve it, just request a refund within 7 days.
What are your opening hours?
Within opening hours (09:00 – 22:30), your analysis is delivered to your inbox in writing within 30 minutes on average, from the moment I receive your details and questions. Outside opening hours (after 22:30), your order is secured and enters a Priority Queue. I work on it and you’ll receive it by 09:30 a.m. the following day.
