4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1. Charges and Payments

You agree to pay all charges associated with the service you select, as displayed on the TarotVista website at the time of purchase. All prices are final and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed through the website’s available payment methods (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay) before submitting the reading form and before the service begins.

4.2. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Nature of the service: TarotVista provides personalized, digital content. The service begins immediately once we receive your completed details form.

Waiver of the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16) on Consumer Rights, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees, during the checkout process (by ticking the relevant box), to the following:

a. You request and consent to the service beginning immediately (delivery within 30 minutes).

b. You expressly acknowledge and accept that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by TarotVista (that is, once the written reading has been successfully delivered to your email address).

c. Express consent statement: “I agree to the immediate provision of the digital service (e.g. analysis/reading) following the completion of my order, and I acknowledge that, due to its nature (non-repeatable and intangible), I lose my right of withdrawal/refund within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.”

Final Sales Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases required by mandatory consumer protection law or specifically described in Section 4.3 below.

4.3. Mandatory Refunds (Service Failure or Error)

A full refund will be issued only in the following specific cases:

Non-delivery of service: When you have completed payment and submitted the reading form, but TarotVista failed to deliver the reading to your email within the guaranteed timeframe (30 minutes) due to a technical error on our side, and you have not agreed to an extension of the delivery time.

Billing error: In the event of a confirmed double charge or an incorrect amount for the individual service purchased.

4.4. Free Follow-Up (Part of the Service)

Every service purchase includes a free follow-up for clarifications regarding the reading you received. This is an integral part of the service and is not related to any right to a refund.

You can reply to your reading email with questions about its content and will receive a response at no additional charge. The follow-up relates solely to your original reading and does not constitute a new service or an additional reading.

4.5. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Section 4.3, you must contact TarotVista at info@helixpointconsultingusa.com within seven (7) days of the transaction date, providing the order number and detailed documentation of the error. All decisions regarding refunds under Section 4.3 are made by TarotVista, subject to applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, text, graphics, logos, and design elements of TarotVista.com are the exclusive property of HelixPoint Consulting LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our express written consent.

The readings you receive are for your personal use. They may not be published, republished, or shared without written permission.

6. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Engage in any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website
