• Nature of Service: TarotVista provides personalized, digital content services that are executed immediately upon receipt of the User’s submission form.

Loss of Withdrawal Right: In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the User explicitly acknowledges and agrees during the checkout process (by checking the corresponding box) to the following:

• a. The User requests and consents to the immediate commencement of the service execution (delivery within 30 minutes).
• b. The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that they will forfeit their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the contract has been fully performed by TarotVista (i.e., upon the successful delivery of the written analysis to the User’s email address).
• c. Explicit Consent Statement: “I agree to the immediate provision of the digital service (e.g., prediction/reading) after completion of the order and acknowledge that, due to its nature (non-repeatable and intangible), I lose the right of withdrawal/refund within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.”
• Final Sale Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws or as specifically outlined in Section 4.3 below.

 

4.3. Mandatory Refunds (Service Failure or Error)

 

A full refund will be processed only under the following specific circumstances, confirming adherence to consumer protection requirements regarding service delivery:

1. Non-Delivery of Service: The User has successfully completed payment and submitted their analysis form, but TarotVista failed to deliver the analysis to the User’s provided email address within the guaranteed 30-minute timeframe due to a technical error on our part, and the User has not agreed to an extension of the delivery time.
2. Billing Error: In the event of confirmed duplicate charges or an incorrect amount being billed for the single service purchased.

 

4.4. Claim Procedure

 

If the User believes a refund is warranted under Section 4.3, they must contact TarotVista at info@tarotvista.com within seven (7) days of the transaction date, providing the order number and detailed documentation of the error. All decisions regarding refunds under Section 4.3 rest with TarotVista, subject to applicable law.
